Dwayne is a multifaceted tattoo artist from Houston, TX with amazing talent who has been drawing since he was 6 years old. Having a troubled childhood, Dwayne explains, "Art was a way out for me, mentally you know? It was a healthy escape from my reality. I know it was a gift given by God himself". Having started his career as a self-taught tattoo artist 10 years ago, when asked what inspires and motivates his art the most, he answered "It was the Chicano art style & culture I was around, & just how we put everything into it day after day drawing night after night, it sparked an obsession and really motivated me. Sitting in my cell, I prayed to be shown the way; then began seeking my purpose and after reading a book about occupations with hundreds of jobs, I realized I didn't want to do none of that no matter how much it paid, I needed something that I loved to do". After Being sentenced to 4 years in prison, he soon began to have a hunger to be the best Tattoo artist in the world! His drive has now taken him across the U.S tattooing celebrities, pro athletes and a wide range of clients.
